Full color 4 page folder and order form from Cocmalt advertising the fabulous Adventure Book while requiring that you must drink a glass of Cocomalt at least once a day for 30 days! Chart on reverse filled out and signed by parent confirming that your child has "slept better" is "less nervous" and others in order to qualify for the book.
